PDS employs a proven methodology in order to ensure the success of each project.
1. Investigate.   PDS takes great care in the Investigate phase to learn about our customers and their specific needs. This phase enables us to customize each project to best fit our customers’ requirements.
2. Diagnose.   The Diagnose phase consists of PDS designing a solution based on the information gathered during the Investigate phase.
3. Establish.   During the Establish phase, PDS takes the solution defined in the Diagnose phase and develops the solution in a controlled environment for testing.
4. Activate.   It is imperative to Activate the solution in defined groups. Each group validates success before progressing on.
5. Support.   Although Support and training is consistenly focused on throughout the project, at the conclusion formal training is provided and ongoing support needs are addressed.
